Most people who come to see me do not arrive saying “I have trauma.” They arrive exhausted in a way sleep does not fix, or living with pain no test can explain. Some are watching the same difficulty repeat in relationship after relationship. Some are missing work, using more than they would like, or finding their moods swing further than the moment warrants.

Unresolved trauma often shows up this way, in the body and in daily life, long before it is named. I bring more than 20 years of both lived and professional experience to this work, along with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I have done my own healing, and it shapes how I sit with people: I know that recovery is not linear, that the body keeps its own record, and that being met without judgment matters more than being fixed quickly.

My approach is collaborative, and we go at your pace. I will not ask you to revisit anything before you are ready, and there is no protocol you have to fit yourself into.

If your quality of life is being affected, that is reason enough to reach out. You do not have to have the words for it yet.
